LaserNet Fax enables companies to send formatted documents directly from the business applications through standard fax systems. The system can automatically define the recipients based on values within the data stream, and convert document to right format given by the fax software.
The LaserNet Fax solution converts and distributes directly via electronic fax. LaserNet Fax integrates with a number of standard fax solutions such as Zetafax, Faxination, Rightfax, ExtraFax amongst others and it’s possible to setup rules for the client no. for instance enabling the document to be send directly without any manual number typing.
The LaserNet Fax software is typically installed in conjunction with the existing Microsoft Exchange or Lotus Notes. As a result the sender or the administrator automatically receives a status notification from the faxsystem.
The solution requires a faxcard which will be installed in the LaserNet Server Module. Analogue and ISDN is supported and several lines (up to 16) can be configured.
The solution can also be used from other Windows programs such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. Consequently all users on the network can use the LaserNet Fax solution from all applications.
Most often the LaserNet Fax solution is used to faxing purchase orders and order confirmations automatically.
LaserNet Archive
LaserNet Archive is a fully integrated document storage system. The system enables LaserNet to store documents simultaneously while processing output to print, XML, fax or e-mail. The documents are stored with multiple search criteria for later retrieval through a standard web browser. The archive also include possibilities for scanning incoming document.
