As soon as RoutXpress is installed it finds all the print devices on your network and creates a database of information, storing all print activity. It is important to understand that RoutXpress is gathering all the information needed to produce a complete audit trail, not just monthly clicks. The Administrator can review all print activity by person, printer, or department at any time.
