AFPDS CONVERSION
When utilizing its AFPDS file transform, AFP Fast Parser runs in batch mode and is invoked via a command line interface or script. AFP Fast Parser allows the user to configure the software with a variety of parameters in order to achieve optimal output e.g. indexing, full colour, job splitting...
IPDS CONVERSION
When processing IPDS data received from a host system over TCP/IP, AFP Fast Parser operates in a document server mode. Initialized via a command line, AFP Fast Parser listens on an IP port and converts all incoming IPDS data "in real time".
