Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Selects Crawford Technologies Inc. for PDF Conversion
TORONTO, Ontario, March 8, 2007 – Crawford Technologies Inc., a leader in print-stream transform, extraction and manipulation solutions, today announced that Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has awarded Crawford Technologies a contract for software to assist CRA in managing their taxpayer documents. The solution allows CRA employees to view PDF files dynamically created from mainframe AFP print data.
CRA issued a Request for Proposal in January 2006, which resulted in the award of a contract to Crawford Technologies Inc. for z/OS document conversion, splitting and full integration into Customer Information Control System (CICS) on multiple mainframes, including Disaster Recovery systems.
