PS Extraction program reads PostScript
input print-streams and provides facilities to extract textual
information from the input PostScript files. This same program
can also split PostScript files into multiple sub-documents or
output files. The separated output files can be printed on PostScript
printers or converted into PDF using tools such as Adobe Acrobat's
Distiller product. With the PRO
PS Extraction program, the extracted text can be used
to create individual statement HTML and XML pages for use with
products such as the CheckFree i-Solutions i-Series products.
Also by utilizing the PRO
PS Extraction program, documents as
well as specific pages of PostScript print files can be easily
reprinted, allowing clients to select only those documents or
pages that were spoiled in the printing and post-print document
handling process.
