Only one pass at the print file is required to transform, index, manipulate, and enhance the file. As a result, users save a significant amount of time. There is no need for multiple utilities to enhance or process the files.

Work Load Balancing

The PRO suite of transform technology allows clients to balance their workload by converting from one printer format to another on the fly. They can easily re-route jobs originally destined for one type of printer to another type of printer by simply running the print file through the appropriate PRO transform to convert print commands and resources to the target printer's format. The PRO suite includes a Transform Manager that manages the conversion and management of documents. PRO Transform Manager can optionally automate the workflow, sending converted files to the appropriate printer, ftp site or directory.
